Click on the tab for Extra Content, Expansion Packs, or Game Packs. Click on the game you bought the expansion pack or DLC for. Expansion packs, downloadable content (DLC), and Origin Access subscription information can be viewed elsewhere. Only full games show in your Origin Game Library. Did you buy a full game or an expansion pack? After all, is asking $20+ each for its 10+ expansion packs, without which the game is half-baked, not enough? I bought it, I should have full access to it. It's ridiculous that I cannot do the same in reverse because "you shouldn't need ". I was perfectly able to purchase the other DLCs for The Sims 3 on Steam, which I was able to also activate on my Origins account so that I could play them.
I like to be prepared, and I won't buy a patronizing 'you don't need it, Origin/the game client is safe/never fails/has backups/etc'. I want to be able to access the keys for two Sims 3 DLCs that I purchased through Origin so that I can activate them on my own Steam account as well, so that I don't lose the products that I bought for some reason.
As a customer I should have full access to my product keys.
As a regular EA customer, I am not at all satisfied with this answer.
